COVID-19 UPDATE

March 27, 2023

As of April 3, 2023, the Oregon Health Authority is lifting the mask mandate for health care settings.  Accordingly, as of that date, I will again offer in-person sessions as an option.  

We can also continue to meet by phone or Zoom as it is convenient for you, and you can let me know your preference when we communicate to schedule.  Please note that my physical office location has changed from Fremont St in NE Portland to Monterey Av in Happy Valley (just north of Clackamas Town Center).

Sessions will end at 10 minutes to the hour so that I can prepare for the next appointment.

Please contact me by text, e-mail, or voicemail at least 24-hours in advance if you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid any missed appointment fees.

The earliest availability I may have for new clients is likely June 2023.

THERAPY

Entering therapy typically happens during very stressful times in clients' lives. It is also an enormous opportunity for personal change and progress. Rather than merely coping with life's challenges, what if you could transcend your present dilemmas and experience greater personal happiness through improved emotional well-being, relationships, creative expression, professional development, or physical health? It is invigorating for me to partner with my clients as they build more joyful lives for themselves and more fulfilling relationships with those they care about.

I use an integrated family systems, brief, and solution-oriented theoretical approach with clients to assist them in reaching goals that are self-determined and specific. During each session we will collaboratively select action steps to be accomplished between sessions so that you will feel a sense of progress, increased mastery, and confidence.
